ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, contact the studio at info@rykierjewelry.com. Whether we can cancel depends on where the piece is in the dispatch process.
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the package leaves the studio.

The Cutoff: once a tracking number has been generated and the package is with our carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled.

We do not accept commissions. Nothing is made to order.
A Final Sale piece cannot be returned, but a manufacturing defect is still covered.
Processing Your Refund
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method. Banks typically take 3–5 business days to post the funds.
