ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact the studio immediately at info@rykierjewelry.com. Our ability to cancel an order depends on where the object is in our logistics or production stream.

Standard Inventory

Orders for standard items may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is received before the shipping process has begun.

• The Cutoff: Once a tracking number has been generated and the package is with our insured carrier, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Next Step: If the cancellation window has passed, please refer to our Returns Policy to process a return once the item is delivered.

Custom & Bespoke Commissions

Because bespoke pieces and personalized engravings are cast or modified specifically for the client, the cancellation window is strictly limited.

​

• The Window: Cancellations for custom work are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement.

• Production Logic: After 24 hours, the engineering and casting process has begun, and the order is considered final sale.

Processing Your Refund

Upon a successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks typically require 3-5 business days to process and post these funds to your account.
