
Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — we start working on your piece shortly after your order is placed.

How to request a cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@rykierjewelry.com with:
• your full name
• your order number
• a short note that you’d like to cancel
We’ll confirm by email whether the cancellation is still possible.

Time windows for cancellation
Because we are a small studio and some pieces go into production quickly, we can only accept cancellations within the time frames below:
• Ready-to-ship and pre-order pieces
Can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
• Made-to-order and customized pieces
Can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production has started.

If your order has already shipped
After these time windows, or once the order has been shipped, your purchase can no longer be cancelled. Eligible items may still qualify for a return under our Return Policy (see Return Policy for details and exceptions).

Gift cards
Digital and physical gift cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is confirmed.

Refunds after cancellation
If your cancellation is approved:
• the original payment will be refunded to the same payment method
• processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days)
