THE STUDIO TAG
Every piece ships with the Studio Tag on a thread. The thread does not pass through the ear wire, the clasp, or the band — nothing is blocked.

Try it on. In front of a mirror, over a sweater, for as long as you need. Handle it, weigh it, put it next to what you already own.

With the tag intact, you have 30 days to return the piece. Full refund to the original payment method.

The tag is meant to be seen. Wearing the piece out is what removes it — and removing it ends the evaluation period. The piece is then yours.
RETURN CONDITIONS

The Studio Tag is attached. This is the condition.

The piece comes back with what shipped with it: the box, the care cloths, the spec card.

Resized, engraved or altered pieces cannot be returned. Third-party work closes the window. If you plan to have a ring sized locally, do it after day 30 — our Sizing Reimbursement runs 90 days and does not require the return window to stay open.

Orders placed November 1 – December 31 can be returned until January 31, or 30 days after delivery, whichever is longer.
