We offer complimentary 30-day returns to allow you to evaluate the scale, weight, and finish of our objects in your own home. To ensure a seamless process, RyKier Jewelry provides free insured return shipping for all domestic (USA) orders.

THE 30-DAY WINDOW & THE STUDIO TAG

To maintain hygiene and the pristine condition of our inventory, every piece—including earrings—is shipped with a visible, tamper-evident Studio Tag.

  • Eligibility: As long as this tag remains fully attached and the piece shows no signs of wear, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Final Sale Trigger: If the Studio Tag is cut, removed, or altered in any way, the evaluation period ends and the object is permanently yours.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For a return to be accepted, the following factual conditions must be met:

  • Unworn Status: Pieces must show no micro-scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear.

  • The Presentation: The signature suede interior and tonal presentation box are considered part of the product and must be returned intact.

  • Modifications: Any piece that has been resized, engraved, or altered by a third-party jeweler is strictly ineligible for return.

STUDIO EXCEPTIONS

  • Custom Work: Bespoke commissions and personalized pieces are cast specifically for the client and are Final Sale.

  • Digital Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-transferable.

THE SECURE RETURN PROCESS

  • Initiation: Complete the authorization form at the bottom of this page. We will reply within 24 hours with a complimentary, insured shipping label.

  • Complimentary Insured Transit (USA): We cover the cost of secure return transit for all domestic evaluations. A prepaid shipping label will be provided, and your refund will be processed in full.

  • International Transit: Global clients are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes.

  • Resolution: Once received and inspected to ensure the Studio Tag is intact, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days directly to your original payment method.

THE HOLIDAY GIFTING EXTENSION

To accommodate early gift purchases, orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return until January 31 of the following year (or 30 days after delivery, whichever provides the longer evaluation window).
