Jewelry Repair & Resizing Service

We want your pieces to live a long, quiet life with you.
Here is how we handle ring sizing, resizing support, and manufacturer defects for RyKier jewelry.

Ring sizing & resizing support

We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before placing an order. You can use our Size Guide or email us for help before you buy.

If your ring design allows resizing, we can reimburse resizing costs up to $40. To qualify, please email us a jeweler receipt showing the resizing service and amount paid. Resizing reimbursement requests must be submitted within 3 months of delivery.

Please note: not all ring designs can be resized due to their construction. We will tell you honestly if resizing is not safe for a particular piece.

How resizing support works

In most cases, it’s easiest and safest to work with a trusted local jeweler:

1. Email us first with your order number, the name of the ring, and your current size.
2. We’ll confirm whether the ring can be resized and within what size range.
3. You can then have the ring resized by a local jeweler of your choice.
4. Once the work is done, send us a copy of the receipt.
5. After we receive your jeweler receipt, we can reimburse resizing costs up to $40 (eligible designs only). Resizing reimbursement requests must be submitted within 3 months of delivery.

Manufacturer defects

Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturer defect:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. We’ll review your case individually and reply with next steps.

If we confirm a manufacturer defect, we will:
• Repair your piece at no charge, or
• If repair is not possible, discuss a replacement or refund with you.

This covers manufacturing issues only. It does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

What is not covered

The following are not covered by our free repair or refund support:
• Normal wear and tear (small scratches, patina, surface marks from use)
• Accidental damage, drops, bending, or breakage caused by impact
• Damage from improper care, chemicals, swimming, or cleaning agents
• Loss or theft
• Any work, resizing, or modification done by a third-party jeweler without our prior written agreement (except for eligible resizing reimbursement described above)

We do not reimburse third-party repair services, except for eligible resizing reimbursement described above (up to $40 with a jeweler receipt).

How to request resizing support or report a defect

To request resizing support or to report a possible manufacturer defect:

1. Email us at info@rykierjewelry.com
2. Include:
• your full name
• your order number
• the name of the piece
• a short description of the issue
• clear photos of the jewelry (and the area that needs attention)

We’ll reply with next steps and approximate timelines.

At this time, resizing support and repair services are available for customers within the USA only.
