REPAIRS & RESIZING
LOCAL SIZING REIMBURSEMENT
We strongly recommend confirming your exact size using our Size Guide before purchasing. However, we understand that structural fit can be highly personal. To ensure your RyKier ring fits seamlessly without the hassle of return shipping, we offer a Local Resizing Reimbursement.

The Benefit: If your ring requires a slight adjustment, you may have it resized by a trusted local jeweler of your choice.

The Credit: We will reimburse you up to $40 USD for the service.

The Process: Simply email a copy of your jeweler’s receipt to info@rykierjewelry.com within 90 days of delivery.

Eligibility & Exclusions: This reimbursement applies exclusively to eligible Solid .925 Silver and Solid 18k Gold bands. To preserve their structural layers, rings featuring our engineered 18k gold finish cannot be subjected to the high heat of third-party resizing. Additionally, designs featuring a continuous 360-degree relief or continuous texture cannot be altered after casting without breaking the pattern. Please reference the notes on the specific product page or email us prior to visiting your jeweler to confirm your ring's eligibility.
MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
Every piece is engineered and inspected at our Pittsburgh studio. In the rare event of a structural defect, we stand behind our production process.

Inspection Period: Please inspect your jewelry immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage or structural manufacturing issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

The Solution: We will provide a prepaid return label. Upon receipt and inspection of the defect at our studio, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Reporting: Email clear photos and your order number to info@rykierjewelry.com.

Exclusions: This covers production issues only (e.g., faulty clasps). It does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from impact, misuse, or improper storage.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Over years of wear, all jewelry will naturally acquire a surface character. This is the mark of a well-worn object.

Polishing: We recommend using the included RyKier microfiber cloth to gently maintain your jewelry. (Note: Please do not use treated silver polishing cloths, like Sunshine cloths, on our 18k gold finishes, as the micro-abrasives will remove the engineered gold layer).

Third-Party Work: Please note that any alteration, resizing, or repair performed by a third-party jeweler (other than our approved Resizing Reimbursement on eligible pieces) will void the RyKier manufacturing warranty.
