Payments & Gift Cards
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal (including Pay Later), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available). You may also see additional pay-over-time options at checkout depending on eligibility.
Can I pay with a RyKier eGift card?
Yes. Enter your gift card code at checkout on rykierjewelry.com.
How do eGift cards work?
Choose the amount and add a personal message. The eGift card is delivered by email with a unique code to use at checkout. It can be used on any jewelry piece in the shop.
Are gift cards refundable or cancelable?
No. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is confirmed.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our small studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (USA).
Where are your pieces made?
Designed in Pittsburgh. Crafted in Bangkok — a major global jewelry center — in small batches with strict quality control. Each piece is checked before it ships from Pittsburgh, PA.
How long will my order take to ship?
In-stock items ship from Pittsburgh within 1–2 business days. If a piece is a pre-order, the estimated ship window is shown on the product page (near “Add to Cart”) and at checkout.
How long does delivery take after my order ships?
Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Tracking is provided for every order and insurance is included.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for US orders over $200 (before tax and after discounts). For orders under $200, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries via USPS Priority International. Tracking and insurance are included. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you require a signature on delivery?
Orders over $750 automatically require a signature upon delivery. If you need a signature on any order, write “signature required” in the Note section on the Cart page during checkout.

**What if an item is out of stock?**
On the product page, click “Notify when available” and enter your email. We’ll email you when it’s back.
**Do you restock, and how long does it take?**
Some pieces return through limited restocks in small batches. Timing varies by style.
If you need something by a specific date, please choose Ready to Ship pieces or email us — we’ll help.
PRE-ORDERS
What does “Pre-order” mean, and how long does it take?
If a piece is marked Pre-order, it’s available to order now and is made in a small batch. The estimated ship window is listed on the product page and at checkout (and in your order confirmation email).
If you’re shopping for a specific date, please choose Ready to Ship pieces or email us — we’ll help.
Returns (Calm Returns)
Calm returns: 30 days (returns only — return → reorder). See Return Policy for exceptions, including final-sale earrings.
What is your return window?
You can return an eligible item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Do you offer exchanges or store credit?
No. We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different piece (or a different size), please return your item and place a new order.
What items are final sale?
Pierced earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Items that are made-to-order, customized, engraved/personalized, or otherwise marked final sale are also not returnable (unless defective on arrival / confirmed manufacturer defect).
What condition must a return be in?
To be eligible, the piece must be unworn (brief indoor try-on is fine), undamaged, unaltered, and returned clean and in original condition.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Is there a return shipping fee?
If your order qualified for free shipping, our standard return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. For U.S. returns using our prepaid label, the label cost is $9.99 and is deducted from your refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are usually processed within 3 business days. The timing for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
How do I start a return?
Start by filling out the Return Form on our Return Policy page. We’ll review your request and email next steps if it’s approved.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something isn’t right when it arrives, contact us with your order number and clear photos—we’ll review and make it right.
Gift Window (Seasonal)
Do you offer extended returns for gifts?
Yes. Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 15 (returns only — return → reorder). Earrings remain final sale.
Do the same return conditions apply during the Gift Window?
Yes. Items must still be unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Sizing & Resizing Support
I’m not sure about ring or bracelet size. What should I do?
Use our Size Guides (rings, flexible bracelets, bangles, and necklaces) or email us before you buy—we’ll help you choose.
Do you offer resizing support?
If your ring design allows resizing, we can reimburse resizing costs up to $40 (eligible designs only).
To qualify, please email us a jeweler receipt showing the resizing service and amount paid.
Resizing reimbursement requests must be submitted within 3 months of delivery.
How does resizing support work?
In most cases, you’ll work with a trusted local jeweler. Email us first with your order number, the ring name, and your current size—we’ll confirm whether resizing is safe and the allowed size range. After the work is done, send us the receipt.
Is resizing support available internationally?
At this time, resizing support and repair services are available for customers within the USA only.
Materials & Jewelry Care
What metals do you use?
Most RyKier pieces are made in 925 sterling silver and 18K gold vermeil over sterling silver. Each product page lists the exact metal, finish, and measurements for that piece.
Will my jewelry tarnish or change color?
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time (this is normal and can be cleaned). Gold vermeil may slowly lose some surface shine with heavy wear. For best results, avoid chemicals and water and store jewelry dry when not in use.
Gift-Ready Packaging
Will the package be gift-ready? Will prices be included?
Yes. Every piece arrives in our signature RyKier box, ready to be gifted, inside a discreet outer shipping box. We do not include a printed receipt with prices in the package. Your order confirmation and receipt are sent by email.
Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible with your full name and order number. We’ll confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
What are the time windows for cancellation?
Ready-to-ship and pre-order pieces: can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase (as long as the order has not shipped).
Made-to-order and customized pieces: can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase (before production has started).
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
