Where do you ship from, and what is the cost? All orders are inspected, packed, and dispatched directly from our studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We provide complimentary standard shipping on all domestic (US) orders.

How fast is shipping? We prioritize a steady and reliable dispatch process. In-stock items typically ship the next business day. (Monday–Friday).

Can I cancel my order? Because we begin the dispatch process quickly, we have a strict 1-hour cancellation window. If you need to change your order, please email info@rykierjewelry.com immediately.

How can I pay for my order? All payments are processed securely on rykierjewelry.com. We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as express options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Do you offer flexible payments? Yes, you can use PayPal Pay Later or Affirm (where available) at checkout.

What currency do you use? All prices are shown in USD. International banks or card providers will apply their own conversion rates for your purchase.
BACK IN PRODUCTION

What if a piece is out of stock? Because we build our pieces to last and don't mass-produce, some designs occasionally sell out. Simply click the “Notify When Available” button on any product page. We will email you the moment that specific piece is finished and back in the studio.

How long does restock take? For designs crafted specifically for our waitlist, please allow 4–6 weeks for us to build, finish, and ship your piece.

Returns & Sizing
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, eligible item for a full refund. To make the process easy, we provide free return shipping for all domestic (USA) orders.
To ensure hygiene and quality, every piece—including earrings—ships with a visible Studio Tag. You are welcome to try on your jewelry at home to check the fit and weight, but this tag must remain fully attached. If the tag is cut, removed, or altered, the item cannot be returned. (Note: Custom or engraved items are always final sale).
Earrings & Hygiene
We want you to confidently try on your earrings at home. As long as the Studio Tag remains attached during try-on, you are fully eligible for a free return. Once an item is returned, it undergoes a professional studio sanitization process before re-entering our inventory.
I ordered the wrong ring size. What now?
We offer a Local Resizing Reimbursement for eligible designs to save you the hassle of shipping rings back and forth.

The Benefit: Take your eligible ring to a trusted local jeweler for resizing, and we will reimburse you up to $40.

Structural Eligibility: Because resizing requires cutting and applying high heat to the metal, not all forms qualify. Rings with 18k Gold or Rhodium Engineered Finishes, as well as continuous-pattern bands, cannot be locally altered without destroying the finish or the sculpt.

Process: If your piece is marked as eligible on its product page, simply have it resized locally and email us the jeweler's receipt for your reimbursement.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes. During checkout, you can enter a custom note in the Gift Message field. We will print your exact text onto a physical studio enclosure card and pack it with your order. As a standard practice, pricing is automatically omitted from the packing slip on all gift orders.
MATERIALS & CARE
What materials do you use? RyKier is dedicated to honest materials. We use Solid Sterling Silver (925), Solid 18K gold and Heavy 2.5-micron layers of 18k Yellow Gold or White Rhodium over solid silver. We do not use base metals like brass or nickel.
How do I clean my piece?

The Golden Rule: Never use liquid silver dips or chemical baths. These will strip the signature oxidized patina from the crevices of your piece. See our Jewelry Care.

Best Practice: Use the provided polishing cloth with a light touch on the high points only. For a deeper clean, warm water and mild soap are safe for all our designs.
Where are the pieces made?
RyKier is a global studio operation. Every design is conceived and engineered in Pittsburgh. Our casting and molding are partnered with a specialized artisan workshop in Bangkok, known for their expertise in complex silver textures. Every single piece returns to Pittsburgh for final hand-finishing, inspection, and packaging before it reaches you.
