Shipping Policy

We ship from our small studio in discreet packaging, with tracking and insurance included — so your quiet gift can travel safely.

Domestic shipping (USA)
• All domestic orders are shipped via USPS in a discreet box.
• In-stock vs pre-order: in-stock items ship within the processing time shown at checkout; pre-order items show an estimated ship window on the product page (PDP) and at checkout (and in order confirmation email).
• Shipping is available to all 50 states.
• Standard shipping is free for US orders over $200 (before tax and after discounts).
For orders under $200, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
• Tracking is provided for every order and insurance is included.
• If you need a signature on delivery, please write “signature required” in the Note section on the Cart page during checkout.
• Orders above $750 will automatically require a signature upon delivery.

International shipping
• International delivery is available to most countries via USPS Priority Mail International.
• Tracking is provided and insurance is included for international shipments as well.
• Delivery times vary by destination and local postal services. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
• Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Free shipping threshold applies to US domestic orders only.
