THE DISPATCH STANDARD

Every RyKier piece is inspected, packed, and dispatched directly from our Pittsburgh studio. We do not use third-party fulfillment centers. Your order arrives in our signature discreet packaging, unbranded on the exterior for privacy and security.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA)

  • Complimentary Shipping: Standard insured shipping is included complimentary on all domestic orders.

  • Timeline (In-Stock): In-stock objects ship from Pittsburgh the next business day.

  • Timeline (Pre-Order): For pre-order items, please refer to the specific ship window listed on the product page.

  • Security: To ensure the safety of precious metal shipments, orders over $750 automatically require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Service: We ship globally via insured carriers.

  • Rates: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the insured value of the object.

  • Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

A NOTE ON PACKAGING

To minimize waste, multiple items in a single order may be packed in one studio box unless "Gift Packaging" is requested at checkout. All packaging is designed to protect the structural integrity of the piece during transit.
