This website is operated by RyKier Jewelry. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGNS

The entire content of the website, including all original jewelry designs, photographs, logo, branding, and text, is the intellectual property of RyKier Jewelry and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

• Prohibition: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or our designs without express written permission.

• Social Sharing: You are welcome to share our images on social media provided that full credit is given to @RyKierJewelry and a link to the original source is included.​

PRODUCT ACCURACY & VARIATION

Every RyKier piece is designed in Pittsburgh by Marina Tyler and made in Thailand, in batches. Each piece is oxidized and finished individually, and no two are identical.

• Variations: Slight variation in texture, oxidation depth, stone color, and form occurs between pieces of the same design. These are characteristics of casting and applied patina, not defects.

• Patina: Oxidation is a surface treatment. It changes with wear and can be removed entirely by chemical silver cleaners or ultrasonic cleaning. See the care guide included with your piece.

• Display: Color on your screen may differ from the physical piece.

PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if any information (including pricing) is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
