SHIPPING

• Origin: All orders are inspected and dispatched directly from our Pittsburgh studio. Complimentary US shipping is included on all orders.

• Timing: "Ready to Ship" items dispatch within 1–2 business days. "Made to Order" timelines are clearly indicated above the "Add to Cart" button.

• Carriers: USPS Priority (Standard) and FedEx 2-Day (Expedited) are available at checkout.

• Security: All shipments include insurance and tracking. A signature is required for orders over $750.

• Discretion: To preserve the surprise of gift purchases and ensure transit safety, all pieces ship in strictly unbranded, discreet exterior packaging.

RETURNS

• The Tactile Guarantee: We offer 30-day frictionless returns so you can hold and inspect the piece in person. 

• Security Protocol: To maintain our pristine studio standards, all returns are strictly contingent on the Tamper-Evident Tag remaining fully attached to the piece. Once the seal is removed, the object is permanently yours.

• Exchanges: To ensure inventory availability, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

• Structural Integrity: If you encounter any structural issues with your order upon arrival, please contact the studio immediately.
