UNDERSTANDING THE FIT

The correct size depends entirely on the mechanics of the bracelet.

• Solid Bangles (Slip-On): Must be large enough to pass over the widest part of your hand (the knuckles).

• Hinged Bracelets & Cuffs: Open up to wrap around the wrist, so they only need to fit the wrist bone itself.

METHOD A: SOLID BANGLES (SLIP-ON)

For closed circles without a clasp or hinge.

1. POSITION YOUR HAND Bring your thumb and little finger together across your palm, as if you were putting on a bangle. Tuck your thumb in tightly.

2. MEASURE THE KNUCKLES Using a soft measuring tape (or strip of paper), measure around the widest part of your hand (the knuckles/thumb joint). Do not measure your wrist. This measurement is your Minimum Circumference.

3. CHOOSE YOUR SIZE Select the size that is at least equal to your hand measurement.

• XS: Fits hand circumference up to 15cm (5.9")

• Small: Fits hand circumference up to 16cm (6.3")

• Medium: Fits hand circumference up to 17cm (6.7")

• Large: Fits hand circumference up to 18cm (7.1")

METHOD B: HINGED BRACELETS & CUFFS

For oval bracelets that open with a clasp or have an opening gap.

1. MEASURE THE WRIST Measure snugly around your wrist bone (where you wear a watch).

2. ADD COMFORT ROOM

• Snug/Architectural Fit: Add 0.5" (1.2cm) to your wrist size.

• Relaxed Fit: Add 1.0" (2.5cm) to your wrist size.

3. COMPARE TO "INNER CIRCUMFERENCE" Check the "Inner Circumference" listed on the product page to ensure it matches your calculated size.

OVAL vs. ROUND SHAPE

​

Please note that many RyKier bangles are Oval (Elliptical) rather than perfectly round.

• Why Oval? An oval shape mimics the natural curve of the wrist. This prevents the heavy top design (the "face" of the bracelet) from spinning to the bottom of your wrist.

• Fit Feel: An oval bangle will feel more fitted than a round one of the same size.
