Every piece is cast in solid .925 sterling silver — never brass, never nickel, never hollow-backed.

Silver pieces are solid throughout: the oxidized recess and polished high points are worked into the metal itself.

Plated pieces carry one of two surfaces over the same .925 sterling silver body. 18K gold vermeil — 18K gold, 2.5 microns. Rhodium — a white metal from the platinum group, plated separately and never described as gold.

Plating is a surface layer. Worn often, it thins at the edges and high points first. Care instructions are in the box and on the Jewelry Care page.

• How it sits. 16" sits at the base of the neck, above the collarbone. The 2" extender takes it to just below, where the pendant falls clear of a high neckline.
• Before ordering. Run a tape or a string around the neck at the height you want the pendant to fall, then compare with a necklace you already wear. See the Necklace Size Guide.
• If the length is wrong. Return it: 30 days, shipping covered both ways. Silk-strung pieces are not shortened locally — the strand is knotted between every bead and would have to be restrung. Sizing Reimbursement does not apply to this piece.

SHIPPING

Origin. Designed in Pittsburgh · Made in Thailand. Inspected and dispatched from the Pittsburgh studio.

Timing. In stock — dispatched within 1–2 business days, in your hands in 4–7. If a piece is sold out, the next casting takes 6–8 weeks.

Cost. Free US shipping on all orders.

Carriers. USPS Priority (Standard) and FedEx 2-Day (Expedited) are available at checkout.

Security. All shipments include insurance and tracking. A signature is required for orders over $750.

Packaging. Ships in a plain outer box — no branding, no mention of jewelry.

RETURNS

30 days. Return any piece within 30 days of delivery. Shipping is covered both ways within the US.

Studio Tag. The tag stays attached to the piece. Put it on in front of a mirror, handle it, weigh it. Returns are accepted with the tag intact — wearing the piece out is what removes it.

Exchanges. We do not process direct exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order — it ships from stock in 1–2 business days.

Defects. If anything is wrong with the piece on arrival, reply to your order email within 30 days. We answer within the day, weekends included.

Presentation. Every order arrives in studio packaging with a suede interior. Prices are never included in the box.

Enclosure card. Add a gift message at checkout and it is printed on a studio card, included with the piece.

Sizing. Rings and bangles are sized. If you are unsure, a gift card lets them choose. For a ring that arrives in the wrong size, we reimburse local resizing up to $40 for 90 days.
