A structural beaded necklace built from custom-cut Lemon Quartz and heavy-gauge .925 sterling silver finished in a heavy Rhodium layer, with a substantial total weight of 49 grams. The piece brings together a bright, high-polish silver frame and a dense strand of faceted yellow stone in a more controlled, monochromatic composition.
At the center, a custom-cut oval Lemon Quartz is shaped specifically for the pendant frame, creating a cleaner architectural edge and a more integrated fit between stone and metal. The silver structure is digitally sculpted in ZBrush in our Pittsburgh studio to refine proportion, stone placement, and material presence before final production, then precision-finished with our studio partners in Bangkok.
The strand is composed of faceted Lemon Quartz beads, hand-knotted on silk to protect each stone individually while giving the necklace fluid articulation and an intentional drape. The faceted bead surface creates a sharper, more active light than a smooth strand, while the bright Rhodium-finished pendant keeps the overall read clean, reflective, and defined.
